Packages under 20 kg are delivered within Sweden by Postnord to the nearest pickup point. 

Pick up at Ordenstrappan 2 

Collect the items at our store located at Ordenstrappan 2, Stockholm. We will contact you via email as soon as your items are ready for pickup.

Return Policy 

We accept returns for items purchased online within 14 days (including weekends) from the date of receipt. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your purchase. The deadline is considered met if the item is returned before the 14-day period expires.All items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned goods do not meet our return requirements.

How to make a return

1.Contact our customer service and ask for a return shipping label.

2. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, similar to that you received the package.

3. Return the product to Ordentrappan2 using the return shipping label, sent to you by email. You may return online orders in person at our showroom, provided the item meets the conditions stated above.
